Since our products are limited in quantity, they may no longer be available if someone else chooses them while you're selecting. So
All sold items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Given the unique nature of our live-stream shopping, please make your orders with caution
We do not accept returns or refunds based on personal preferences.

Items confirmed by customers during or after the live stream
Considered as accepted. Refunds are processed only for goods that meet the following conditions:
The goods were not delivered, damaged, or significantly different from the original (if the goods were stolen upon delivery, the customer is responsible and refunds cannot be processed)
Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the goods for description
