Logistics delivery policy

1. Order processing time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days after receiving the final payment (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). After confirming the order, the address cannot be modified or cancelled. Please carefully check the information before placing the order.
2. Delivery method and delivery time
-Standard delivery: The order is expected to be delivered within 7-15 working days after shipment (the specific delivery time is subject to the actual transportation of the logistics provider).
-The logistics information of the order can be checked on your account page, and we will update the logistics tracking number synchronously.
3. Freight Description
-The order shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the shipping address and the weight of the goods, and the final amount will be displayed during settlement.
-Orders over $50 can enjoy free shipping, subject to the instructions on the promotional page.
4. Delivery restrictions
-The delivery regions we currently support are based on the settlement page display, and some remote areas do not currently support delivery.
-If the package cannot be delivered or returned due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, we will not bear the cost of secondary delivery, and the related losses will be borne by the customer themselves.
5. Logistics exception handling
-The package shows that it has been signed for but not received: please contact the local express delivery outlet to verify, or contact our customer service for assistance in checking.
-Package loss/damage: If the package is lost at the delivery door, we will not be held responsible. If the goods are damaged, we can resend the damaged goods or refund the amount of the damaged goods.
-We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure (such as customs inspections, weather, epidemics, etc.), but we will do our best to assist in follow-up.
6. Customs and taxes
International orders may incur customs duties, value-added tax, or clearance fees in the destination country, which must be borne by the recipient themselves. We cannot estimate or control the amount of these fees.
